Red Tea Benefits What Benefits Most

Red Tea can be one of the best teas you have ever tried. Its refreshing and has a sort of "nutty" flavour to it. Mainly for most of us it comes in tea bags to make infusions with.

There are at least two kinds of Red Tea however given or taken the properties it has either one will do. Red Tea is also called Rooibos one kind comes from Africa and the other from China also called Pu´er this a similar kind of Red Tea.

Red Tea is good if you are starting wheezy chest cold helps relieve the symptoms of that feeling of having been hit by a bulldozer feverish state of being.

You only need take one strong infusion of this it will not usually interfere with your own medication however just in case to be sure take Red Tea apart about half an hour before or after.

Red Tea is not to be underestimated in its power even if it comes in Tea Bags.

Its supposed to have anti ageing properties it attacks the free radicals all the junk things in our body.
Anti ageing properties which come in the shape of what they call polyphenols which in Red Tea are found to be the most active in helping to keep our body younger on all levels.

Red Tea is supposed to be more potent and active in polyphenols than all the known fruit and vegetables that we could take in a Day or a Week.
The stronger the infusion of Red Tea the more active it is so the more potent it is too.

However most People who have a good knowledge of Red Tea recommend not to take more than three cups a day.

Although Red Tea contains many minerals and other antiflammatory properties its much wiser to use it and take it only every so often its much more powerful than black tea or green tea for example.

You can use it if for indigestion if it does´nt clear it relaxes the tummy and helps clear the gassy feeling for at least twelve hours also calms the nervous system.

Its a good antistress relaxer and appetite supressant specially if you´ve had a really stressful day.
Another word of caution if you have a fast metabolic rate in other words if you are a bit underweight Red Tea is really not a good idea as it increases the amount of perspiration and makes hot flushes worse.
So a good cup of Red Tea every so often is much more beneficial than taking it every day.

However there a many brands of Rooibos Tea on the market. If you go looking for it in the Supermarket you will find many more brands than before. So it really is hard to know which is the most genuine.

You are bound to get the same benefit from Rooibos Red Tea if you bought it from the Supermarket as opposed to from a Health Shop. They are equally as good at least that´s what I´ve found. One is no better than the other and logically the Supermarket brand comes out cheaper. Its a great comforter as a nerve soother specially if you are having a trying day. Really works well but like everything else not to be overdone.

One good remedy also is if you have a tooth abcess or sore try putting Rooibos used teabag on it not hot just lukewarm and press it gently on the affected area it takes down the swelling and the throbbing.

Last but not least if you have puffy eyes in a morning try two almost cold Rooibos teabags that have been in the Fridge for at least two hours and place them on your eyes that should be free from makeup and all that of course.

Colic In Young Babies

Rooibos Tea mixed with expressed Breastmilk or Formula can work to calm the awful spasms of intestinal colics these young Babies often suffer from. This will ensure a good nights sleep for the Baby and also it´s Mother.

Apply Rooibos to nappy Rash infections, irritated skin in young infants, Rooibos contains alpha hydroxy acid and zinc amongst other minerals already mentioned.

You can make an infusion of Rooibos and steep it for five minutes if still hot cool it down with cold water. Use a cottonwool ball to dip into the infusion and apply to the babies rash or nappy irritation. It usually works after about 20 mins depends though.

Of course nothing replaces the Doctors care and advice this should always come first.

Skin Cream To Fade Away Spots.

Acne is a number one headache for many people. Does not apply to teenagers only but to adult people.
Sunspots are also another bugbear. To have sunspots does not mean that you are getting older quicker that is a load of hogwash it´s more your own skins response to the damaging sun rays.
However you don´t always have to go running off for laser treatment for this you can try Red  Tea Fade Away Cream is a good option to see if your particular condition is treatable has been given the thumbs up as a possibility for these kind of problems.

Acne also responds well to the use of this cream but you can also use the infusion of Rooibos steeped for at least half an hour (leaving the teabag in the water) and then apply to those rebel spots with a cottonwool ball which you should dispose of after use because of reinfection possibility. Again it might not respond the first time apply again and let it dry and give it time to heal. Rooibos is not a miracle elixir either.
